attendance at the last vape show in Malaysia due to an extensive workload and I apologise for those who were looking forward to meeting and talking regulation in person. I did hear it was a hive of activity. This is an established market that is also considering some sort of regulation in recognition to the benefits to health and no doubt gives the Government opportunity to earn some money from bounding it by rules and conditions. I attended the NEC in May and saw many of you there which as ever was a joy! My company, Vape Compliance Ltd, has undergone an overhaul of late, of proportions beyond my wildest expectations. I have been joined by new staff with exciting pedigree backgrounds and lots of new clients. We are almost finished developing exciting new notifications and Vape Compliance technologies, which I am hoping to be able to reveal to you all very soon in future editions of Vapouround. On the eve of the non-compliant product deadline, I accompanied Louise Bartholdsson to London’s latest Vape Jam at the London Excel. In a somewhat toned down affair from In Andrews own words…. “I’m very excited about what lays ahead and the huge opportunity that it presents. My vison is based on building on Vape Compliance’s huge success over the past two years and morphing an already great business into a Corporate Compliance Powerhouse. Vape Compliance already exhibits a lot of the traits of the Regulator itself and is completely focused on making the Vape industry a safer environment for the consumer and working with the manufacturers to build a safer more controlled environment for us all to build our businesses in. This more importantly ensures that the players in the market today grow as businesses in their own right and become a success around the world. What we are seeing in the industry is that it creates a huge “barrier to entry” to the market that almost excludes last year’s effort, it was great to rub shoulders with new and existing clients and introduce our most recent addition to the team. Louise has previously worked at companies such as Imprima iRooms, LEK Consulting and Financial Capital Group. She has extensive experience in working with IT platforms, with an emphasis on sensitive data and data confidentiality. A Swedish native, who has also lived and worked in the UK, USA, Israel and India. She has over the years managed several large teams of staff across the globe and is well known in the professional field for her multi-tasking skills, problem solving and proactive approach. She will be working alongside myself and as Head of Global Accounts, she will ensure client satisfaction.
