New live streaming solution engages customers at the beginning of the purchase process

e-liquids retailer, Vape and Volts, is
using the very latest technology to
ensure their online customers receive
the same personalised service that
they offer in store.
It is using a cloud-based platform
from shopping tecWhnology specialist
GoInStore to allow online customers
to experience a real-time in-store
experience without leaving their home.
The technology allows visitors to the
Vape and Volts website to receive oneto-one personalised demos and get all
their questions answered as if they were
actually in the store.
London-based Vape and Volts is the
current holder of the Vapouround Shop
of the Year Award and this is another
way of them demonstrating their mission
to always put the customer first.
CEO Michiel Carmel, said everyone at
the company was thrilled to have won
the award as it reflected the importance
they put into the overall customer
experience.
He said the GoInStore app is proving to
be extremely popular with their online

Equipped with a pair of smart glasses
or a mobile device, the Vape and Volts’
team member can walk the online visitor
through the shop’s selection of products,
