“ On sales Jennifer Lambert and Joey Costa and their team worked so hard to look after all our customers and ensure all their needs were met . “ Everyone really stepped up as Diamond Vapor employees to help in every way they could and support what Keith and I had set out to achieve and I couldn ’ t have asked for any more from them .” At one point when Hurricane Matthew threatened Florida there were 12 Diamond Vapor employees working from Keith and Sarah ’ s boarded up house on the show . Sarah added : “ They all worked tirelessly on the project and I cannot thank them enough . I count my team as family and if it was not for all they did then this show would never have happened .” She said the show took nine months to organise with the pressure really ramping up in the final two months . However because every member of the Diamond Vapor family wanted the show to work as much as Sarah did , nothing was missed , nothing was too much trouble and everything ran smoothly . Sarah said she was really happy that the
opening day of the show turned out to be her wedding anniversary . She said : “ Keith and I would not be who we are if we were not doing something like this for the industry on our wedding anniversary . “ With this industry you are either all in or not in at all and we are most certainly all in . There is something glorious about the vaping industry and it is one of the biggest highs we have ever experienced . “ People came up to us throughout the show and told us it was the bestrun event they had ever been to and that they could not believe how amazingly
helpful all the staff were . “ This is the biggest compliment that we could possibly have received because our staff are our family and without them none of this could ever have happened .”
