Riot Squad Stormed into Vaper Expo and Stormed out with Stand of the Show Award

STUNT WHERE VISITORS WERE ‘ ARRESTED ’ AND QUESTIONED FOR THE ‘ CRIME ’ OF VAPING PROVED A HUGE HIT WITH THE NEC CROWD .
Riot Squad came from nowhere and took the NEC by storm . The Milton Keynesbased company decided to launch their new e-liquid line at Vaper Expo - The Return and wanted everyone to know they had arrived . They were instantly noticeable , very , very loud and totally innovative . Rather than wait for people to come to their stand , they sent ‘ riot squad officers ’ into the holding area where thousands of visitors were waiting for the doors to open . They ran round waving batons in the air and shouting “ Riot Squad ” at every opportunity . It was to be a taste of what was to come . Even before they came to the NEC , Riot Squad bosses identified a potential problem that they had to overcome . How would visitors remember their e-liquid when they got home with dozens or perhaps even hundreds of other bottles in their bags ? The solution was as bold as it was daring . They decided to give Vaper Expo visitors an experience they could not possibly forget while also going all out to be awarded ‘ Stand of the Show ’ at their very first event . They had planned this approach for months and it paid off . Not only did they ensure that they would be remembered but they also beat off stiff competition from many established international brands to pick up the coveted Stand of the Show award . The Riot Squad stand included a bold , branded SWAT style van , complete with interrogation chamber , where visitors were ‘ arrested ’ interrogated , photographed and then released . Interestingly they decided to ‘ arrest ’ visitors to the show for the crime of vaping . This was a good choice because it meant that virtually every single one of the many thousands who passed through the doors were liable for arrest . Vapouround Magazine must have been particularly unlawful at the Vaper Expo because I and at least three of my colleagues were all taken in for questioning by the riot squad team . I certainly wasn ’ t the model interrogation suspect . I couldn ’ t get my boiler suit on quickly enough and spent most of the experience trying to make my interrogator laugh or smile - sadly without any success .
