It has been an exciting time in the
Industry for the E-quits group, from

be full of challenges, and like everyone
else in the industry the implications of
Brexit need to be assessed and a clear
path formed over how the UK regulation
is going to work in future.

years? We won’t be able to use the
EU-gateway system anymore, so will
we have to re-submit all juices to a new
UK only system? Will we have to pay
submissions fees all over again?
We need some answers on these
questions and quickly. I believe that the
best course of action for the authorities
at the moment is put a suspension on the
November 2016 and May 2017 transition
dates to give themselves, the MHRA and
the industry as a whole, a little breathing
room to adjust.”
Whatever roads lay ahead, one thing you
can be sure of, is that the E-quits group
will still be there, racking their collective
brains to come up with the
