Sicillian Orange
BROWNIES
Gooey chocolate brownies
YOU WILL NEED
• 1/3 tsp hemp oil paste
• 120ml vegetable oil
•200g sugar
•1 tsp vanilla
METHOD
1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and line a
brownie tin.
2. Mix together the oil, hemp paste, sugar and vanilla.
Beat in the eggs.
•2 eggs
•60g plain flour
•5 tbsp cocoa powder
•1/4 tsp baking powder
•1/4 tsp of salt
• 1 Sicilian orange
3. In a separate bowl combine the flour, cocoa, baking
powder and salt.
4. Mix everything together and add in the zest and juice
of the orange.
5. Pour into tin and bake for 20-25 minutes.
For a fudgier texture bake for 16-19 minutes.
