Chart 3 highlights Accord’s continued investment in maintaining the quality of its homes
in management. This investment has increased over time alongside a rise in the number
of homes in management. Over the same period of time, Accord has seen the average
routine repairs cost per unit measurement decrease, demonstrating efficiency in the
delivery of repairs and maintenance services.
