I ' m an Arizona native and have lived here my whole life , I feel that gives me a great advantage over others knowing the market , the growth and the overall feel of Arizona . I have been in the industry since 1996 and I ' ve worked many different areas of the business ; beginning my career in title and escrow , finding my way into the sales side of real estate in 2008 . My family thought I was crazy becoming a RE agent when the market was in such turmoil , but I survived and have grown and have become a much stronger agent because of it . I ' m an active member of Women ' s Council of Realtors , serving as the Scottsdale Network ' s 2017 President-Elect . WCR is an amazing organization , providing education , support and business resources to ALL agents ( men included ) and it ' s an opportunity to give back , helping other new agents thrive in this market . Finally , I could not have gotten to where I am today without the love and support of my family . My 3 kids , my loving husband , my dad and sister and my mom and step-dad .
