I have personally seen how the group holds me accountable. Rather than me share, here's what the members have to say.

After a miscarriage, quitting smoking and returning from a 30 day Italian Vacation, I went into a complete and total helpless state of depression. All I wanted to do was eat. And eat I did. Sometimes 30,000 calories a day. I tried to stop in November when I realized I had become agoraphobic, hostile and moody. I would start the days out GREAT, and then eat 6 donuts and 4 king sized candy bars at night and then cry. Vicious cycle. Since I have joined this group, EVERYTHING has changed. The support, the accountability and friendship has helped me release weight, make me first and put a priority on my health and fitness. It has made me realize that even when I don't care how I LOOK, I must always care how I FEEL. And because of that, I am committed to maintenance for LIFE when I am done releasing the remainder of this excess weight. My favorite part is that there is NO SELLING of any kind (not even if you read between the lines) and there never will be. This group is about honest, deep and real connectivity. Both to each other and to ourselves. There is a magical quality. Join us, you won't regret it.

I joined this group because I need support and accountability. I am so great at being a cheerleader for others but have always struggled to let others see the real me and love me anyway. Here...you can be yourself...and not be judged. I have been my most honest and open here and have found my tribe. The love and support I've experienced here is immeasurable and priceless.

Support Group for Healthy Lifestyles has been instrumental in getting my focus back on health by providing accountability, great suggestions from people with a wide variety of experiences and viewpoints. One of the nicest surprises has been the support and camaraderie from the group. In a short time I feel very comfortable discussing some very personal details that have brought me to where I am today. Another benefit is self-discover / why you do what you do? What led you to where you are today and how to make the necessary changes to lead happier, healthier lives. It also feels good to give support and share knowledge - helping each other, growing in confidence, providing and getting support - that's what this group is all about.
