The Senior Assembly is one of the last events the seniors have before they graduate. It allows the students to interact with their classmates because they may not see one another after graduation. They will part their separate ways from one another and remember the memories of

high school forever. A PowerPoint

is presented with every senior’s

picture along with their

accomplishments and which

college they are attending. The

PowerPoint is in order by the

senior’s grade point averages

starting with the highest. The

seniors get to look back at

everything they’ve successfully

done throughout their last years of

high school with the people they

shared the experience with. The

Senior Assembly is on April 27,

2018 which is the last Friday of April. The Assembly will be held in the Valley View Fine Arts Center with the seniors and their parents. After the Senior Assembly a luncheon will be held for the students and parents to mingle. Valley View caters food, so it will be a fun time for everyone involved. This event is important because each student is able to be recognized whether their accomplishments are really big or really small. Seniors that might not always be recognized get to shine. Even the seniors get to learn about things they didn’t know they earned. For example, many achieved the title of Arkansas Scholar or National Scholar. The Senior Assembly is a day that most seniors look forward to and cherish for the rest of their lives.
