“Everything is made from
scratch,”
said
Steve
Holzbauer. “We are the last
of the hometown bakeries.”
In addition to baked
goods, Eagle Baking Co. also
offers a long list of sandwiches that are made fresh
as you order. Included in
every sandwich order is the
sandwich, pickle and a
fresh-baked cookie.
Customers can call ahead
on their way to work or before their lunch break, and
the bakery will make your
sandwich so it is ready to eat
when you arrive to pick it
up.
Visitors have the option
to choose between a variety
of homemade breads. Always available are the
hoagie rolls, kaiser roll,
multi-grain, sour dough, rye,
white, garlic herb, 5-seed,
marble rye, dark rye, seeded
rye breads and different specials offered daily.
Add more flavor to your
favorite sandwich with
dressings including mayonnaise, brown mustard, thousand island, italian, honey
mustard and ranch.
Cakes and cookies can
