The weekly rental rates listed with the vacation home descriptions are colorcoded and in the order shown above. The 2016 calendar shows the dates for each
season. Major holidays are highlighted. Sand Castle homes may have a holiday
season rate that is higher during certain holiday weeks. Contact our Vacation
Planners or visit us online for a rate quote and availability. “N/A” means that a
home is usually not available in that season.
Every effort has been made to ensure that information in this brochure is
accurate. We suggest that you view our website for the latest and most up-todate information. Vacation homeowners reserve the right to make changes in
furnishings, bed sizes and equipment. If at all possible, guests will be notified
of such changes. Please call us for a direct quote as some homeowners choose
different dates for their seasons and occasionally rental rates may increase due
to renovations and refurbishment. Some descriptions may not reflect changes
made to rental homes after this brochure was printed. In particular, dunes,
steps and boardwalks may not be as pictured. Emerald Isle Realty, Inc. shall
not be held responsible for possible statistical, rate or printing errors.
