Recipients of Rising Fund support focus on shifting patriarchy and changing the paradigm of the issue of violence against women and girls. This year’s grantees include the African American Policy Forum, Rada Boric, Farkhunda Trust for Afghan Women’s Education, Elman Peace and Human Rights Center, Kolkata Sanved, Coordination of Women’s Groups SEKA, Laura Flanders Limited, National Domestic Workers Alliance, Honor the Earth, and Equality Labs. They received a total of $195,000 in support.
