Faith Tusieseina, a UVU grad, is the New Brand Manager at Universal Music Group. Her responsibility is to help clients build their brand and produce campaigns that encourage brand awareness for Universal's clients
UVU PRSSA had the opportunity to welcome Faith back to campus last week for a special engagement. Faith spoke with PRSSA members about her struggles in the industry, and how to become successful in the entertainment industry.
Faith shared a clip from the movie "The Pursuit of Happiness". The movie clip gave us the simplest of insights into her success. Find your own happiness. She made a list, upon moving to LA, of what she would need to be happy in life. Then she went after it. She worked incredibly hard to earn her success. She has now been with UMG for two and a half years. Although she is where she has always wanted to be, daily life for her still has its challenges. She is doing what she loves and that means she loves the challenges as well as the successes.
Faith believes that with hard work and dedication everyone can be successful, and reach their own happiness.
