Campaigns Competition
When Alanna reached out to me proposing an advocacy based campaigns event, I was thrilled to be able to help out. The campaigns event will be a great learning experience for students to learn how to produce and execute a successful PR campaign. For this event the attendees will arrive and be given an advocacy based prompt, they will then be split into teams and be assigned a UVU alumni as a team advisor to help guide them while creating their campaign. For this event I am responsible for coordinating the team advisors, and developing the campaign prompt. Being the VP of Advocacy I wanted to create a campaign theme that related to diversity and to a current event happening within our nation. Best of luck to the students who will participate in the event. I am very excited to see the PRSSA students and UVU alumni work together, learn together, and create some amazing PR campaigns.
