1 Organization of the Year
Best Buddies, a program in the Service Center, was recognized by the USU Student Involvement and Leadership Office as the 2014 Organization of the Year. This is the second year in a row Best Buddies has been recognized.
2 Utah Campus Compact Awards
Every year Utah Campus Compact, a component of the National Campus Compact network, recognizes the work of faculty, staff, students, and communiuty partners who promote community engagement at institutions of higher learning. This year, two indivdiuals at Utah State were recognized:
-Civically Engaged Scholar: Roslynn Brain, Service-Learning professor
-Civically Engaged Student: Kevin Meacham, USU/SA Service VP

Throughout the year, USU/SA recognizes students for their effors in leading organizations around Utah State's campus. Nine student leaders were awarded this recognition during the 2013-2014 school year:
