Writings .. Darkness, A poem written by Meriem OUADAH S uddenly all this dark , All this silence that i don’t like, Why is it so calm , why am i so dumb? Why can’t i see ? why can’t i hear ? Why also i can’t feel ? Is it fear that brought me here? I feel sadness, alone in this darkness , Is it true ? i can’t get a clue , Is it fake or it’s my mistake? Am i afraid or maybe a bit scared ? I wanna cry but i don’t know why , Darkness what a madness , I feel heartless , mindless , just breathless Suddenly all locked out , i just can’t get out , Always looking but yet i did not find the key , I know i must take it even if i fake it , Don’t look pithy, Just go and get ready , Your battle is waiting for you to be winning , This battle of life, It’s a long drive , Just be a fighter , look brighter , Sing the song of life , Step on the road of pain , Face it to see what you will gain, Taste the blood of sacrifice , It will be unbearable , But it’s unstoppable , Just run , Here take a gun , 25
