USD Panhellenic

Code of Ethics

We, the members of the University of San Diego Panhellenic Association, agree that Recruitment should be a positive event and should reflect the Greek Community in a positive light.

We will speak with the utmost respect in regards to other Panhellenic chapters.

We will abide by all the rules established by the USD Panhellenic Association and National Panhellenic Conference.

We encourage friendship among women, Greek and non-Greek, and will strive to build those friendships both during and after Recruitment.

We will be honest and sincere in our words.

We will maintain the confidentiality of the membership selection proceedings.

We will respect the decisions of each Recruitment guest, without unduly influencing her, and hope that she will affiliate with the chapter of her choice.

We will respect our facilities, understanding that it is our privilege to use them.

We will uphold our 5 Core Values throughout the Recruitment process.

We will conduct ourselves in a way that will promote Greek unity at all times.

By upholding this creed, we will strengthen Panhellenic unity while growing stronger as individuals.
