The project aim is to form a scheme that is inclusive for a variety of demographics to use .
The plan is to expand the East Street market over to the chosen site of Morrisons because the current location of the East Street Market has become overcrowded due to demand for more market stalls by the public . Therefore the scheme will be created to provide more public space , stall space and a continuous journey in the area for the public to experience .

It will target youth and workers to invent a new future for markets and a new social icon in the area . As well as prevent the exisiting issues of antisocial behaviour , lack of green space and high pedestrian movement in the area that have caused pedestrian and vehicle accident injuries .
