The concept is transforming the
existing building into an extension
of the Citizens Advice Bureau
next door. It is a place of training
mixed with pleasure, with activities
such as short courses to improve
migrant knowledge on business
whilst giving them a place to
enhance their skill sets in the
work environment.
With the given aim to get them
qualified in the hospitality and
servicing for the older group, so
they can build upon skill sets
and be provided with jobs within
the ‘market’ space. The building
will be governed through the BID
(business improvement district)
creating a mentoring system for
the community.
