Quinton House Wyvil Estate Regeneration
My final major project focuses on urban regeneration of council estates . This is a current issue across London as there is a lack of affordable homes being built for tenants on low incomes .
The site is located in Vauxhall , an area that is currently being regenerated . These new developments mostly cater to the middle and high end of the market with homes for those on low incomes are few or non-existent .

The design I propose will change this by re-providing the same sized family homes and add selfsufficient elements , such as ‘ grow your own ’ spaces throughout . |
