The programmes through the building should represent a gradual change in movement from chaos to stillness from the bottom to the top of the building and also be a reflection of the past lives of the building. The activities will encourage different groups of people to interact and break boundaries between locals, tourists, homeless people, artists etc, therefore they would exchange their experiences and learn from their differences. 5m 0 The hotel will be aimed at people of different groups, mainly tourists, which is the commercial aspect of the proposal, and people in need of a place to stay.
