Walkways will be implemented
with the overall design to get the
users to see all the processes
going on which will lead to
the restaurant where they can
consume the ‘organisms’ which
were all processed within the site.

The insect and fish farming
supplies the restaurant as well
as the fish farming also caters
to the aquaponics. This is an
important sustainability factor as
one process can help support
to another process which also
helps another process. Seeing
the process of how one organism
such as the fish which help the
apples grow, which then can be
fed through the ‘architecture’ in
a sense to help create another
organism such as the cider is a
beautiful process and also shows
how architecture and interiors
play a key role to help this
process survive.
