The Boat Club was designed to interactive alongside the City Road Basin canal and make more use of such a lovely area of London. The building is split over two floors, the ground being mostly open plan and commercial. This area is the gateway to the canal from the street/ park. The 1st floor is a private space for the boat club members to enjoy views over the canal as well as other facilities.
