The way I designed was by recreating the community and get a good orientation of the buildings in order for it to feel like home; courtyard. This way everything will be happening in the courtyard; community needs (shop,cafe,security& gym), roof garden, terrace, open balcony every floor, seating area, car park behind buildings and playground. The finalised proposal offers the community three residential orientated together to create a courtyard; including a supermarket, cafe, 24 hour security, roof garden and a gym.
