ORDER :
In the reference 1st read above, Ministry of HRD,
Department of School Education & Literacy, Government of
India have decided to increase the cooking cost for 201314 @ 7.5% over and above the cooking cost for the year
2012-13 for Primary and Upper Primary Schools. w.e.f 1st
July, 2013.
2. In the reference 2nd read above, the
Commissioner and Director of School Education, A.P.,
Hyderabad has requested the Government to issue orders
for enhancement of cooking cost under National Programme
of Mid Day Meal Scheme w.e.f 1/7/2013 from Rs.4.00 to
Rs.4.35 for Primary Schools and Rs.4.65 to Rs.6.00 for
Upper Primary Schools as per GOI norms; and also for
enhancement of the Cooking cost from Rs.4.65 to Rs.6.00
w.e.f 1/7/2013 as a (100%) State share for providing Mid
Day Meals for classes XI & X th classes.
3. Government, after careful examination of the
proposal, hereby enhance the Cooking cost for Primary
Schools, Upper Primary Schools and High Schools w.e.f. 1/
7/2013 is as below :

Further, it is informed that GOI is sanctioned CRC
grant only Rs.10,000/- against Rs.27,000/- for the year
2013 - 14. It is decided to utilize the CRC grant Rs.10,000/
- for the year 2013 - 14 as follows.

4. For classes IX & Xth, Government also here by
enhance the Cooking cost from Rs.4.65 to Rs.6.00 w.e.f 1/
7/2013 as a (100%) State share for providing Mid Day Meals.

Department vide their U.O.No.18301/383/ESE/13 dt. 25/
7/2013.

Therefore, the District Educational Officers, the
Project Officers of RVM(SSA) in the state are requested to

utilize CRC grant for the year 2013 - 14 as per guidelines.
Further, it is requested to instruct the School Complex
HMs to visit under schools every month regularly.

All the Project Officers of RVM(SSA) & Distirict
Educational Officers in the State are informed that it is
decided to monitor the performance of Cluster Resource
Persons in the state through online from 1st August 2013
onwards. Accordingly the daily visit report by the CRP and
weekly consolidated visit report of CRPs is prepared and
annexed to these proceedings. The same online reports
are also hosted in the web-site i.e ssa.ap.finance co.in.

All the District Educational Officers, the Project
Officers of RVM(SSA) and the Principals of DIETs in the
State are informed that the APRVM(SSA) has been
conducting 8 - 10 School Complex Meetings every year
with the support of Govt.of India. The Govt.of India has
approved only 5-day inservice training to all the teachers
in the state for the year 2013 - 14 and no trainings
approved at Cluster Level.
In view of the above and improvement of the quality,
the AP RVM(SSA). Hyderabad is decided to conduct 4
meetings for the year 2013 - 14 as following.
