and this exercise shall be completed within a period
of six weeks from the date receipt of a copy of this
order”.
Sri M. RamaRao SGT, UPS, Garidepally, Kamepally
Mandal Khammam District and 37 others have filled W.P.
No. 14066/2013 and W.P.No.14111/2013 in the Hon’ble
Court of Andhra Pradesh against the above orders of the
Hon’ble Tribunal dated 09-11-2012. The Hon’ble High
Court of Andhra Pradesh has passed Interim Orders dated
30-04-2013 that there shall be interim suspension as
prayed for till 15-06-2013. Hon’ble High Court issued
further Interim Orders dated 07-08-2013 that any
promotions will be subject to further orders.
The Hon’ble High Court have vacated the above
interim orders dated 30-04-2013 by its Order Dated
02-12-2013 in W.V.M. P. No.1974 and 1679 of 2013 in
W.P.No.14066 and 14111 of 2013.
Governments have requested the Commissioner
and Director of School Education, A.P. Hyderabad to
examine the judgments of Hon’ble High Court and to arrive
to a stand based on merits of the cases.
Therefore the District Educational Officers,
Khammam and Regional Joint Director of School Education,
Warangal district are requested to impliment the orders of
the Hon’ble Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal,
Hyderabad dated 09-11-2012 inO.N.A. No. 7559/2012 and
O.A. No. 7563/2012 and orders of the Hon’ble High Court
of Andhra Pradesh Hyderabad in W.P.No.14066/2013 and
14111/2013 imme-deatly subject to outcome orders of
any Court Casses (Writ Petitions/Writ Appeals etc.)
particularly W.P.No.14066/2013 and 14111/2013 which are
pending in the Hon’ble High Court of AndgraPradesh for
final judgment.
