“(7). Any money received shall be credited to the bank account of the School Management committee. The account shall be the joint account of the chairperson and the convener of the committee. The account will be made available for audit whenever required. At the end of each year, utilization certificate shall be submitted to the authority releasing the grants.” (viii) for sub rule (8), the following shall be substituted, namely: “(8).
