Education dated 31-10-1961 in favour of Sri P. SriRama
Murthy, Retired Headmaster and Ex-M.L.C and condon
break in his service from 21-2-1958 to 31-7-1968 when
he functioned as member of the Legislative Council to
enable him to draw pensionary benefits for the service
rendered by him as B.Ed. Assistant and Headmaster as
already mentioned in para (1) above.
3. This Orders issues with the concurrence of Fin.
&Planning (Finance wing - Pen-I)Department vide their
U.O.No.11120/118/A1/Pen.I 98 dated 28-3-1998.

Pension Rules 1980 as a special case.
2. Government also allow the weightage as admissable
under sub-rule (5) of Rule 43(1) of Andhra Pradesh Revised
Pension Rules 1980 by relax ing the rule 26(1) and Rule
43(1) of the Andhra Pradesh Revised Pension Rules 1980,
so as to get pension by Individual.
3. The Service Registers of the individual (in three
volumes) are returned herewith to the Director of School
Education. He is requested to take necessary action in
the matter.
4. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance
and Planning (Fin. Pen. I) Department vide their U. O. No.
37788/521/Pen.II/94, dated 22-11-1994.

ORDER :
Sri P. SriRamaMurthy, Retired Headmaster S.P.N.R.C
High School, Gollapudi, Krishna District and Ex M.L.C,
joined service as B.Ed Teacher in the then District Board
HighSchool, Gudiwada, Krishna District (which was later
named Potti SriRamulu Municipal High School Gudiwada
on transfer to the management of the Municipal Council)
on 1-7-49. He opted to remain in krishna District board
Service. He was relived from service on 20-2-1958 and
elected as Member of Legislative Council in July 1958 and
servied as M.L.C TILL 31-7-1968. He joined as Headmaster
in S.P.N.R.C High School, Gollapudi, Krishna District
(Grant-in-aid post) on 1-8-1968 and was relived at his
request on medical grounds on 2-4-1970. The
Commissioner and Director of School Education has
requested that Sri P. SriRamaMurthy has put in a teaching
service of 8 years 7 months 20 days prior to election as
M.L.C. and a service of 1 year 8 months as Headmaster
after ceasing
