biotechnology to overcome medical, environmental,
agricultural and manufacturing problems and
challenges. Graduates work at the cutting edge in
pharmaceuticals, food, industrial chemicals, crop
and livestock farming, environmental clean-up,
forensics and much more.
Career opportunities
Become a scientist or researcher with medical,
biological or pharmaceutical research
organisations. Some of our graduates are
research and development managers, clinical trial
associates, working in government regulation and
policy, industry regulatory affairs or intellectual
property management. There are also career
options in marketing, sales, biotech investment
and finance, and business development.
