COURSE FEES IN AUSTRALIAN DOLL ARS (AUD)
Student Services and Amenities Fee $298.
After successfully completing the 11-month Diploma
Program, you will go straight into second year of your
chosen undergraduate Engineering degree program at
UNSW Sydney. 1 The duration of your study from the start
of the diploma to the end of the bachelor program is the
same as for a UNSW direct entry student.
All undergraduate engineering programs offered by the
UNSW Faculty of Engineering are accredited by Engineers
Australia, and meet the examination requirements for
admission to graduate membership.
1 Students who become Australian permanent residents or Australian Citizens during
a Diploma Program will be subject to additional competitive processes for entry to a
UNSW Sydney degree program. Students must complete the pre-requisite courses
in a Diploma within 24 months to progress to second year. If you are an Australian or
New Zealand citizen or Australian permanent resident, contact us to discuss your options.

Overseas Students Health Cover (OSHC) The length of
OSHC will be calculated and advised depending on your
proposed enrolment period.
Airport Pick-up $150 (if required).
Care Arrangements/Guardianship Fee (only if student is
under 18 years of age) $150 initial fee/$49 per week until
student is 18 (if required).
Administration Fee $300. Payable for all withdrawals and
transfers, and for change of class/stream more than once.
Late Payment Fee $300. Payable when a payment is not
made by its due date.
UNSW Diploma Programs fees may be paid in instalments,
details will be listed in your letter of offer received following your

University English Entry Course (UNSW Global University English

Minimum living costs in Sydney are approximately AUD$22,000
per year. No additional application, laboratory or library fees.
