Sarah Edmondson

Sarah Edmondson, b. 1986, lives and works in Dublin, Ireland.        

Sarah is a currently undertaking an MFA Fine Art in the National College of

Art Design where she graduated from with a BA (Hons) Art and Design

Education, 2012. She also holds a BA (Hons) History of Art and Sociology

from University College Cork, 2007. Since graduating Sarah has participated

in many group shows both nationally and internationally. She was recently

awarded The Progressive Vision Curtin O'Donoghue Emerging Photographic

Artist Award, as part of the 188th RHA Annual Exhibition, 2018. In August

2017 she was invited to occupy the Millennium Wing Studio of the National

Gallery of Ireland as their Art Educator in Resident responding to the

exhibition Vermeer and the Masters of Genre Painting: Inspiration and

Rivalry.
