At the start of your claim you will need to show four forms of ID to an adviser when you go for your interview. These should include:
• Photo ID – eg Passport
• Two forms of official government
document - eg driving licence / birth
certificate
• Proof of address
Once you have made your claim, you will need to register with Universal Job match, update your CV and set up a personal email. If you need help with this please get in touch
Do you have a bank account?
To receive your Universal Credit payments you will need to have a bank or building society account that accepts automated payments.
