LRT is looking for a freelance Ghostwriter for an innovative global research and eLearning project.

We are an eLearning company that guides our clients to improve critical life skills that are not taught in schools, for example, What is Your Purpose In Life, your core influencers, relationships, etc. We deliver our content via, Internet and mobile devices for consumers on the go. This means, that each lesson or related communication, must be consumable in mobile format, as well as web based, and text.

At LRT a ghostwriters primary responsibility will be to turn research and stories into polished eBooks, that are accurately sourced, grammatically correct and interesting to read. Our topics can be complex and we need to make them accessible and reader-friendly, but sophisticated.

• Superb spelling, communication, and grammar skills

• The Ability to write high quality content for various subject matters and websites

• The Ability to edit/review content from multiple writers.

• Work in a fast-paced, start-up environment where quality and quantity are important

• Creative, Mature, Dependable, professional, detail-oriented and meticulous

• Must be well organized and able to keep track of multiple projects

• Researcher, copywriter, journalist or marketing content creator experience preferred

• Create content that drives social engagement and followers

• Represent and become and expert on the brand voice

• Thrive in a deadline-driven environment with the ability to manage multiple, deadline-driven assignments simultaneously

• Work closely with other creative team members and technical staff .

Terms of the Internship:

1. Work is to be carried out for LRT, in close collaboration with any partner(s) where relevant.

2. The internship program at LRT is designed to provide students and recent graduates with an opportunity to be involved with a company and attain real world job experience while learning the area of their trade and the supporting areas of LRT.

3. Interns are expected to work between 15 and 30 hours a week during an 8 to 12 week unpaid internship period and balance 1-3 projects at a time.

4. The initial 8-12 week unpaid internship can easily turn to a paid basis, after which the position will be based on a longer-term contract. A compensation for a longer-term internship or independent contract will be based on performance. A review of performance will be held two months after the start date and be drafted by Legal Council.

5. Candidates must demonstrate excellent academic performance, pursuing a degree in journalism, creative writing or a related field, as well as strong communication, organizational and critical-thinking skills.
