First of all I would like to congratulate APC core group for the great effort of initiating the
formulation of the new council in Asia. This is indeed a commendable achievement and I
would consider this a great honor to be part of this very auspicious inauguration, which will
prove to be a milestone in the history of UAP. This is a visionary step towards strengthening
our network among our members overseas with full optimism and camaraderie.
