Underground Runway is a platform for creatives working towards the fashion industry like Pan Pan. UGRW is a spotlight on those creating brands and fashion concepts not yet visible. Unnoticed, for a multitude of reasons, the least being real, raw talent. Results, and the proof between these pages reveal that talent should be promoted with enthusiasm and without hesitation. Pan Pan Shao explains the inspiration for her collection "The voice of the youth is speaking for themselves, living the dream with courage and confidence.” Here in Oakland, UGRW couldn’t agree more.
