PARKING
During Move-in, once you have unloaded your car you will be directed to the nearest gatehouse to purchase parking for the
remainder of the day. Parking garage locations and rates can be found on the Transportation Services website.

Please plan to arrive during the check-in appointment time indicated in your assignment email. If you are unable to arrive at your
appointment time, you may request an alternate time.
Proceed directly to your designated front desk to check in. For parking, in order to unload your vehicle, please proceed to any
UW gatehouse to request a lot in close proximity to your building.

Monday–Friday, 8 am–7 pm
Saturday, 8 am–5 pm
Sunday, 10 am–5 pm
There is no charge for parking in unrestricted areas from 12 noon on Saturday until 6 am on Monday (excluding event parking).
Parking in restricted areas is subject to citation 24 hours a day, seven days a week. For additional parking information, visit

Early Arrival for fall quarter
If you need to be on campus before September 22 for an academic reason, you may request Early Arrival Housing. If your request is approved, Move-in information will be provided with your Early Arrival assignment information.
