I haven't lived in Yangshuo long,
but I’ve already discovered many
great things about this wondrous
part of China.
The pace here is slower and
more peaceful. If guests ask
me about the food scene in
Yangshuo, I’m more than happy
to sit down and talk for hours
about what this place offers.
Beer fish is arguably the most
famous dish in the entire region.
Fresh carp are caught in the
nearby Li River, then fried with
camellia oil and braised with the
