Project Management
The Cambridge Science Park has
been managed by Bidwells since its
inception in 1970. Bidwells provides
a uniquely rounded management
service, undertaking the strategic
development, the project management,
and the daily hands-on management
of the site. A total of 400,000 sq ft of
offices and labs is planned for the next
phase of development. ■
