Office Accommodation
The Bridge Innovation Centre is able
to offer a choice of accommodation
type and size to suit needs as a business
grows. There is the option to move up into
larger accommodation or more specialist
units while retaining the same address
and postcode. Within the main building
there are 23 fully serviced offices, with
high speed internet connectivity and a
modern VoIP telephone system. Offices
vary from 26.5m 2 (286 sq ft) to 101.25m 2
(1,090 sq ft); all are available on flexible
lease and are “easy in, easy out”. There is
a central print room which can be used
by all members at minimal cost and
provides facilities for photocopying,
printing, scanning, laminating and
binding. Reception is fully staffed during
office hours of 8:00am to 5:00pm.
Workshop/L aboratory Units
In addition to the offices within the
main building, the Bridge Innovation
Centre offers practical workshop space.
Each workshop has a high-tech office,
generous workspace and its own plant
room with 3 phase electricity, gas, water,
and its own telephone connectivity
(tenants can choose to opt into the
Innovation Centre Internet and Phone
System). These units can be and have
been converted to laboratory space and
it is possible to add a full first floor with
a mezzanine to effectively double the floor
space to suit the needs of the companies
occupying these units.
