The Park is situated on the edge of the University of Birmingham campus, and is run by Alta Innovations Ltd, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of the University. Research Park tenants benefit from access to the world-class knowledge base and facilities provided by the University, and many have built successful businesses in sectors such as in biotechnology, computer systems, medical diagnostics, and scientific instruments. The Research Park is well positioned for high-growth life science companies who are looking for laboratory services or full office facilities.
