The multi-occupancy buildings owned by Scottish Enterprise include Prism House, the Nasmyth, and Brunel Buildings. The Technology Centre is a privately owned modern multi- occupancy building with available space from 650 sq ft. These buildings benefit from an innovative structured cabling system, with each unit cabled individually to provide networking capabilities on a unit by unit basis, and the ability to link multiple units together to provide a larger virtual network. The Torus Building, a multi-occupied sustainable development completed in late 2006, has been given a BREEAM rating of Very Good, and benefits from a wind turbine that supplies power for the common parts of the building. The development secured a pre-let to existing tenant of the Park, Ecebs Limited and Hydro Contracting Limited, now occupying over 4,000 square feet. The Pegasus and Orion Building are more recent developments on the Park, with the Orion Building recently passed over to new ownership and offering multi-occupied sustainable offices. The Pegasus building, until recently occupied by the Weirs Group, has now been sub-let to NXP. NXP Semiconductors UK Ltd are a new organisation welcomed to the Park this Spring. This organisation will bring approximately 100 highly technical roles. NXP are in the process of being acquired by Qualcomm. We are likely to see a re-branding during 2017.
