PDC World Championship Iberian Qualifier
Spain’s Julio Barbero earned himself a debut at the Ladbrokes
World Darts Championships after he defeated Dylan Duo of
Gibraltar 10-9 in the final of the Iberian Qualifier.
Barbero had earlier come through group one of the event with
three victories, before an 8-5 victory
over Gonzalo Padeira set up a thrilling
final with Duo.

PDC World Championship Western European Qualifier
Gino Vos claimed victory in the Western European Qualifier to earn his spot at the Ladbrokes
World Darts Championships for the second year running.
The event, held this year in Italy, saw Vos claim a 6-5 preliminary round victory over Jerry Hendriks,
before a 6-0 win over Claudio Monaldi and 6-1 victories over Stefano Valdes and Michel Furlani set up a
semi-final encounter with Leon de Geus.
Vos continued his comfortable progress as he overcame de Geus 6-3, before completing his qualification
with another 6-3 victory over Dick van Dijk.
