This was another close game between two play-off chasing players, the
result of which probably didn’t do either man too much good, although
for both it was a good damage limitation exercise.
Lewis took a scrappy opening leg on double one and had soon opened
up a 4-1 lead as he landed two 14-dart legs, but Barneveld fought back
with three legs in a row that culminated with an excellent 85 check
