Vegueros brand arrives in the UK from Pinar Del
Rio, Cuba
New from Nicaragua this month is the
Cabinetta Serie from Joya de Nicaragua
The Vegueros brand was launched in 1996 as a
tribute to the Cuban farmers or Vegueros, who for
generations have cultivated tobacco in Pinar del
Rio province.
Cabinetta Serie combines the best flavours
of two different wrappers in one cigar. It’s
expressly blended with mellower, medium
bodied Nicaraguan fillers that deliver a
smoother, more refined smoking experience.
It is a tradition for the Vegueros to make their
own cigars to enjoy as they prepare the land and
harvest the crops and so the aroma of the cigars
have a special intensity which reflects the tastes of
the local people.
Two sizes will be available in the UK:
Entretiempos - 4 3/8” (110mm) x 52 ring gauge
which come in packs of 4 cigars.
Mananitas - 4” (100mm) x 46 ring gauge in packs
of 4 and boxes of 16.
A myriad of taste and aroma sensations can be
detected in its creamy smoke. Each cigar’s head
is finished with a swath of sun-grown Criollo,
adding just the right touch of peppery linger to
the intricate taste profile of this finely crafted
mild cigar.

The Rib Room in Knightsbridge launches a Bacardi
Summer Terrace
