Outdoor cooking comes in many forms, from U.S.A. style Barbecue to precise Japanese Yakitori grilling. Here at UK BBQ Mag we love all forms of outdoor cooking. But the most romantic form of live fire cooking has to be the asado or gaucho style from Argentina. We've all seen the high priest of asado Franics Mallmann and his windswept style of cooking on hilltops with open fires and crosses bearing whole lambs.
Well here in the U.K. we are very fortunate to have some real masters of this style of cooking, and we wanted to introduce you to three that are good friends of UK BBQ Mag.
