After years of planning and and hard work Spring 2016 will see the first series of
"The Great British BBQ Off" hitting our Youtube screens!
The show has selected some of the UK's best BBQ enthusiasts. 3 BBQers will get a grilling as they are put through their paces. Each episode they will be given a challenge that must be completed all on a ProQ charcoal BBQ/Smoker. From Grilling to Baking they will be truly fired up!
So we will see who can take the heat and has got what it takes to win the trophy and the ultimate bragging rights as Britain's Best BBQer.
Coming Spring 2016...
The show is hosted by Bake Off star Glenn Cosby. Glenn is joined by three judges Jackie Weight, Ben Forte (AKA BBQFORTE) and great british farmer Joe Lang. Jackie is currently a Consultant and Executive Chef at Blue’s Smokehouse and in 2004 became the first and to date only, non-American to win the coveted ‘Grand Champion’ Title at the Jack Daniels Invitational BBQ Competition in Lynchburg, Tennessee. In her ‘barbecue life’ she has won top 10 placements in each of the four main categories at The
Jack and also won awards at other contests in the USA.
