With a damp hand flatten out the balls.

Place your boiled eggs on top, these can be boiled to your liking. Again with damp hands form the meat around the eggs.

Using 4 rashers of Dry Cure Streaky bacon wrap the egg and sausage meat, try to cover as much of the mince as possible.

How to Cook

Smoke indirect for 30 minutes, brush with your favourite sauce, return to smoker for 10-20 minutes.
