Simple Pork Rib Rub

1 Tbsp Smoked Paprika

1 Tbsp Garlic Powder

1 Tbsp Onion Powder

1 Tbsp Brown Sugar

1 Tsp Cayenne Pepper

1 Tsp Ground Black Pepper

Smokey Lamb Rub

A Handful of Rosmary

4 Red Chillies

4 Garlic Cloves

4 Bay Leaves

2 Tbps Sugar

Juice of a Lemon

1/2 A Lemons Zest

Line a baking tray with baking paper, mix your sugar and lemon juice in a bowl to create a paste, add your other ingredients to the mixture. Spread the misture out on the baking paper and put it in your smoker for a couple hours. Once smoked grind in a spice grinder.
