Korean BBQ chicken and charred pepper lollipops

Fire up your Prakti and allow to get really hot, using the hand grill, sear off strips of romano pepper for a few minutes until charred and blistering. Allow to rest and soften.

Cut 2 chicken breasts into thin slices. Place a strip of the charred pepper onto a chicken slice,and roll around, secure with a bamboo skewer that has been soaked in water for an hour.

Brush with a little Korean BBQ sauce, I used Yogiyo brand which is perfect for this.

Grill for a few minutes a side until just starting to char and the chicken is cooked through, brush with a little more sauce, and serve with extra sauce to dip the skewers in.

A really simple and spicy little skewer, serve with rice for a healthy meal.
